Can I use the Rochester Regional Health name and logo to promote my fundraiser?

Yes. The Rochester Regional Health name and logo may be used in conjunction with your fundraiser. Please contact the Rochester Regional Health Foundation to obtain electronic files. Prior to use, please be sure to submit for approval all materials on which you would like the Rochester Regional Health name and logo to appear. You may not use the Rochester Regional Health logo without prior approval.

Can Rochester Regional Health help spread the word about my fundraiser?

Yes. As soon as you set up your fundraiser, we are happy to help promote your endeavor to the Rochester Regional Health community. We’ll include your fundraiser on our calendar, list it in our internal e-newsletter as the event gets near and other ways.

Can Rochester Regional Health provide me with a list of supporters?

No. We cannot provide mailing lists of donors, physicians, staff or vendors, as it is our policy to keep records confidential.

Can Rochester Regional Health solicit corporate sponsorship/celebrity appearance for my fundraiser?

No. We cannot solicit corporate sponsors/celebrity appearance for your fundraiser.

Can I use the Rochester Regional Health tax-exempt number to buy supplies related to my event?

No. Rochester Regional Health cannot provide our tax-exempt number to event organizers to make purchases related to their event.

Who will pay my event expenses?

The event organizers are responsible for covering all expenses for their event and will not be reimbursed. Your event costs can be deducted from the funds raised prior to sending the donation to Rochester Regional Health Foundations.

How should I submit gifts I receive in support of my fundraiser?

The best, most secure and fastest way to collect donations is to please handle them as follows:

Checks: Please have all checks made payable to Rochester Regional Health Foundations and be sure to reference the name of your fundraiser on the memo line. Please mail to Rochester Regional Health Foundations (address listed below).

Cash: Please deliver cash to the Foundations Office with a note indicating the amount included and name of your fundraiser.

Following the fundraiser, please mail or hand-deliver all net proceeds made payable to Rochester Regional Health Foundations to:
